Initial process of assimilating new hires into an organization.

  • Welcome the new hire
  • Introduction of organization and business (org chart), vision, mission, ISO objective, clients, departments and etc.

Key Point 2: Encourage employee to be part of the organization by giving them a voice to suggest improvement/value their ideas
