The course aims to improve or grow company performance with employee performance by using Performance Appraisal /KPI.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to
- Develop a basic Performance Appraisal (PA) form to be used to evaluate, measure and to enhance individual output to grow the company
- Understand the importance of KRA, KPI and Weightage in setting KPI.
- Use KPI for improvement purpose
